We offer white glove support to switch to 10zeros payroll, or if you'd prefer, the Plus plan includes CPA managed payroll to have an expert manage your legacy payroll compliance, which in many cases can result in the same payroll tax savings (~15% of total labor costs) as you'd find on 10zeros built-in payroll.

10zeros payroll does NOT SUPPORT paying anyone who is unauthorized to work in the United States. B1/B2 visa holders are therefore NOT SUPPORTED regardless of whether Warpspeed applications were used or not.

10zeros Health Insurance is a catastrophic policy focused on being extremely fast and easy to set up while meeting the minimal requirements set by federal regulations for all the visas we support. It includes at minimum:
- Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness
- Payment for repatriation (preparation and transportation of remains to home country) in case of death in the amount of $25,000
- Payment for medical evacuation (transportation to home country on advice of attending physician) in the amount of $50,000
- A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness
- Coverage of pre-existing conditions after a reasonable waiting period
- Payment by the insurance company of at least 75% of the costs of medical care (the patient must not be required to pay more than 25% of medical care costs)

At time of writing, on the Base plan we support visa durations up to 6 months. We're supporting B1/B2 for short visits that don't involve work or employment of any kind. And for work-permitted visas: J-1 Specialist (up to 6 months), J-1 Short-term Scholar (up to 6 months).

On the Plus plan we're supporting all the above and additionally J-1 Research Scholar (up to 5 years) and J-1 Specialist (up to 1 year) with others in the works.
