Alvea, our last company, broke the world speed record for startup founding to clinical trial for a novel drug, despite nobody on our team having ever run a drug trial before (see here for details). We operated across 7 countries with >50% international team and have since been advising NeurIPS-published & Time Magazine-profiled AI founders on global talent and US operations. Just like clinical trial regulation, we've discovered that the boring stuff around visa operations can be made radically better, faster, cheaper- without compromise.
